Many hormonal related issues (PMS, irregular periods, fatigue, acne, hair loss, PCOS, etc.) are actually the consequence of an unhappy gut. We need to heal the gut in order to balance our hormones. Our small and large intestines contain trillions of microbes🦠! These microbes make up our gut microbiome.
Stress, environmental toxins, poor sleep, medications, the food we eat, etc. affect our gut. When our gut microbiome is out of wack so too are our hormones.

What you can do about it:
The most helpful thing you can do to improve your gut health is to eat a healthy diet!
Eat whole foods 🥬🍠🫐
Focus on probiotic-rich foods 🧀
Ensure you’re getting enough magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and B12 💊
Only use antibiotics when necessary 😷
Manage stress 🧘🏾
