Floor has made a 15 minute at-home pilates workout specifically for the moreyou community!

The top half of the video provides a more challenging workout, ideally suited for when youโre feeling more energized ๐ (likely in the first half of your cycle and a week or so post ovulation). The lower part of the video provides a lighter routine perfect for when youโre later in your cycle ๐.
